Prices in the calendar are for the minimum 2 nights for up to 30 people.
Discounts are available for schools, youth groups and Woodcraft Folk. Click ‘Book Now’ after selecting your dates to apply discounts. (no payment is required at this stage)

- 2 night minimum unless you are also booking activities and catering with us.
- Minimum occupancy charge for 30 people. Additional guests are charged per person per night.
- Catering and activities available on request.
- Schools – Two night residential packages with catering and activities from £120 per child.
Your booking includes
- Exclusive hire of the Centre. Our Cottage & DofE camping field have separate facilities and access. These can be added to your booking if you need additional accommodation.
- Bed linen.
- Full central heating and 1 nights complimentary supply of logs for the log burner or fire pit.
- We provide environmentally friendly cleaning products, washing up liquid, tea-towels, bin bags etc. You just need to bring your own towels.

Pricing
You can check availability and prices on the calendar above. Prices shown are for the cost of accommodation only and includes VAT. Please make sure you enter the correct number of nights and guests.
Our standard prices include VAT. Schools, the Woodcraft Folk and other charities are exempt from VAT which will be removed during the booking process. Please start the booking process to see the discounted prices (no obligation).
If your group qualifies for a VAT reduction, please note this in your booking or contact us directly.
Woodcraft groups (excluding Kinsfolk) get a 20% discount.
A 30% deposit will be required to secure your booking.
The following Terms and Conditions apply to your booking.
Accommodation
Our Bunk Barn sleeps up to 38 in dormitory style bunk bed accommodation.
Our main dormitory block has
- x1 12 bed dorm
- x1 10 bed dorm
- x1 6 bed dorm
- x2 single bunk rooms
- x1 4 bunk room (2 interlinked single bunk rooms).
- x2 fold out beds
- We have an overspill option of 3 additional twin rooms (with single beds). Please contact us directly for details of these and to check availability.
Arrival & departures
- Arrivals – Monday to Saturday 4pm
- Departures – Monday to Saturday 10am. Sundays and Bank Holiday Mondays 2pm.
- Early arrival and later departures can be arranged for an hourly fee.
- Groups having activities and catering will have their arrival & departure times confirmed by staff.
Centre bookings with catering and/or activities
If you wish to add catering, activities or extra twin rooms please do the following:
- Look at the availability calendar to find your preferred dates.
- Either email or ring us to discuss your requirements.
- We will provide you with a detailed quote.
- Complete the booking form via the availability calendar.
- We will then update your booking and send out the deposit invoice.
We recommend you book well ahead if you are wanting to bring a group during the popular months of May, June, Sept and October.
