Adventure Awaits with Woodcraft Folk

Woodcraft Folk is a youth organisation that has been running for 100 years. The charity manages Lockerbrook alongside three other UK outdoor centres that each offer a unique experience tailored to your needs.

The centres are open to everyone to book from youth clubs and schools to social groups, families and businesses. Woodcraft Folk also oversees over 200 local youth groups across the country for a range of ages, organises camps and events, campaigns on youth issues and runs an engaging youth programme with plenty of volunteering opportunities on offer. Scroll down to see what’s on and how to get involved!

Hear what some of our members have had to say:

It's a brilliant experience to be amongst children and young people working our at a very practical level what is meant by 'empowering'. Overtime I have shifted from planning and running evenings for 6-7 year olds to taking a facilitating role where I support teenagers to organise themselves.

Group Leader, Bradford
